About Me

Hi I’m Isaac Barnes. I’m a former Marine Corps Sgt turned Federal IT contractor for the U.S. government. I’m somewhat of a mentor junkie. I’m constantly searching for successful people to learn from.

In 5 years, I went from being a punk kid in Grand Rapids, MI and working in a factory to making six figures as a government contractor in Washington D.C.

I strongly believe that in order to achieve greatness in life, you must have amazing mentors. GovPlayers is my avenue to pick the brains of successful people in federal government contracting that myself and other future GovPlayers can learn from.
